A Regular Board of Directors' Meeting of the Water Works Board of the City of Birmingham has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at 5:30 p.m., at the principal office of the Board, 3600 First Avenue North (in the Training Room on the first floor of the main campus). This meeting will be held in accordance with Section IV, Opens Meeting Act, of the Governor’s August 13, 2021 Proclamation. Pursuant to Act No. 2015-164, Section 4(c), notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors intend to consider taking action consistent with Resolution No. 4166 which was adopted on December 23, 2003 (adoption of the Rate Stabilization and Equalization Procedure (RSE Model)) that will result in a rate increase. At this meeting a hearing will take place to receive comments from the public. Said public hearing will take place prior to any vote that will result in a rate increase.
