PHONE and ONLINE payments made prior to 7 p.m. will be posted to your account the next day. Payments made after 7 p.m. will be posted within 48 hours. For each payment, you will receive a confirmation number for your records. Making a payment online, once your water service has been disconnected, does not automatically schedule the reconnection. To re-establish service, call our customer service line, with your confirmation number, at 244-4000 Monday through Friday 7am-6pm.
