BWWB has completed migrating the majority of its existing online customers to our new online EasyPay Customer Portal.
SCENARIO 1: Customers who previously had access to the old EasyPay Customer Portal should have received an activation email. That activation email will include an activation link, the customer’s user id (username), and a Temporary Password. The activation steps are as follows:
Click on the activation link in the activation email
Customers will be prompted to enter the user id/user name and the provided Temporary Password and click ‘Login’
Customers will then be taken to a screen to enter their Temporary Password as well as create a New Password (entered twice) and then click ‘Change’
Customers will then be logged into and see our new EasyPay Customer Portal
SCENARIO 2: Customers who previously did not have access to the old EasyPay Customer Portal can create access to the new EasyPay Customer Portal as follows:
Using their new customer account number (listed on their next bill received after 11/15/16 or obtained by clicking HERE or calling the BWWB Customer Service Center at (205) 244-4000).
