New Account Number Lookup

BWWB has completed migrating the majority of its existing online customers to our new online EasyPay Customer Portal.

  • SCENARIO 1:  Customers who previously had access to the old EasyPay Customer Portal should have received an activation email.  That activation email will include an activation link, the customer’s user id (username), and a Temporary Password.  The activation steps are as follows:
  1. Click on the activation link in the activation email
  2. Customers will be prompted to enter the user id/user name and the provided Temporary Password and click ‘Login’
  3. Customers will then be taken to a screen to enter their Temporary Password as well as create a New Password (entered twice) and then click ‘Change’
  4. Customers will then be logged into and see our new EasyPay Customer Portal

 

  • SCENARIO 2:  Customers who previously did not have access to the old EasyPay Customer Portal can create access to the new EasyPay Customer Portal as follows:
  1. Using their new customer account number (listed on their next bill received after 11/15/16 or obtained by clicking HERE or calling the BWWB Customer Service Center at (205) 244-4000).
  2. Click on the following link, https://web.bwwb.org/myaccount
  3. Click on ‘Register for Online Access’
  4. Enter:
    1. First Name
    2. Last Name
    3. Username
    4. Account number
    5. Password (entered twice)
    6. Email address
    7. PO Box/Street # (Please only enter the PO Box/Street # for mailing address - DO NOT enter street name)
  5. Click ‘Submit’
  6. Customers will then receive an activation email with an activation link
  7. Click on activation link in activation email
  8. Customers will be prompted to enter the user name and the password entered on the ‘Register for Online Access’ screen and click ‘Login’
  9. Customers will then be logged into and see our new EasyPay Customer Portal

 

  • SCENARIO 3:  Registered online customers who have forgotten their user name or password can go to https://web.bwwb.org/myaccount and click on ‘Forgot Username/Password’ and enter one of the following:
    • Username OR
    • Email address OR
    • Account Number and PO Box/Street # (Please only enter the PO Box/Street # for mailing address - DO NOT enter street name)
  1. Customers will then receive an email with a temporary password and an ‘Enable your new password’ link
  2. Customers should click the ‘Enable password’ link and then be prompted to enter the user id/user name and the provided Temporary Password and click ‘Login’
  3. Customers will then be taken to a screen to enter their Temporary Password as well as create a New Password (entered twice) and then click ‘Change’
  4. Customers will then be logged into and see our new EasyPay Customer Portal
